Wuxingquan 五行拳 (”5 Elements Boxing”)

Xingyiquan’s basic forms are rooted in the Wu Xing, which are the five primary elemental processes in Chinese philosophy. Tied to the five fists are the creation and destruction cycles, (where each process naturally gives rise to another and is also particularly vulnerable to one other), as well as the five main internal organs.  The 5 forms of Wuxingquan is part of the basic forms of Xingyiquan.
